After finding her passion for the environment while spending summers in Denmark, Maine, Lena received a Bachelor of Science degree in Natural Resources from the University of Connecticut. She came to the recycling and waste industry after years of finding ways to reduce her own personal waste, and hopes to use her experience to help others on their own journey of becoming more aware about their waste.
